Linux, more specificly ArchLinux. uwu
I can delete anything I don't want, I update it when I feel like it, I can change how it looks and feels when I want, I feel safe using it (bc is foss.), plus it always runs smoothly.
I guess it can be hard to learn how to use (wasn't that hard to me though) but once you know how to use it feels amazing.
I originaly wanted to use Arch to look cool, but with the time I end up liking it, for its "do it yourself" approach and because it's packages are always updated to the lastest version, but I do understand that it's not for everyone.
How Linux looks. I use KDE Plasma as my DE, but when I get bored of it I use Sway, a window manager. I love the two.
I use Firefox with the Betterfox user.js. I use Firefox because is pretty light on resources. And Betterfox to have a cleaner UI. :p
I altern between duckduckgo, bravesearch and some instance of searx, although I don't use search engines much since all the interesting sites to me are saved in my bookmarks.
mpv. I don't think I should explain much, pretty minimal and it does its job.
My favorite streaming service to see movies or play games. The client I use is qBitTorrent, pretty simple to use.
I guess you can call this for production, but nothing profesional.
Gimp, I guess there isn't too much choice in this regard, but until now gimp has satisfied my needs so there is no problem.
Kdenlive is my video editor, even though I don't edit videos much (I just compress them), sometimes disappoint, sometimes works.
Linux users battle to see which one is better, if vim or emacs. I just use Kate for this job, and nano if I need to do something with the terminal.
Most of the things here I am forced to use for the time being. qwq
There is only two things I use by choice here, there are:
Steam and minecraft basically. while there are good replacement for this(☠️), I already own these games so whatever.
All my friends use it, sadly, so I have to use it too.
Clarification: I don't use this by choice.
Project of decompilation of my favorite game on the N64.
Emulator for the N3ds.
